Collection: Blended Occupancy Management

Purpose

Public housing, Section 8, tax credits, HOME, conversions to RAD...the list goes on. It used to be complicated enough to manage these programs individually, let alone combined in one property! Properties with mixed financing are more common than ever before. Housing professionals must be able to ensure compliance with multiple programs at one site. Eligibility, certifying income, determining rents, and managing the unit mix are critical components for mixed financing properties. The ability to interpret and apply complex, often conflicting regulations is critical to ensuring long-term compliance.

This unique seminar allows you to select the exact blend of programs that meets your needs. Each of the combinations listed below focuses on the management of blended occupancy properties and will provide you with practical tools you need to navigate the complex regulatory environment of blended occupancy properties. An existing working understanding of some of the programs is preferred.

If you don't see the combination you need listed below, please let us know! We'll be happy to design a seminar that matches your agency's funding mix.

Programs that may be covered in Blended Occupancy Management seminars include:

  • LIHTC
  • Project-based vouchers (PBV)
    • Standard PBV
    • RAD PBV
  • Project-based rental assistance (PBRA)
    • Standard PBRA
    • RAD PBRA
  • Public housing
  • HOME
