On February 14^th, HUD released the long awaited HOTMA Final Rule implementing Sections 102, 103, and 104 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).

The rule makes sweeping changes to the regulations for Multifamily programs, particularly in the areas of income calculation and recertifications.
