Questions about the upcoming switch to NSPIRE? Join a panel of NMA industry experts for a discussion and Q&A session about HUD's National Standards for the Inspection of Real Estate and Associated Protocols (NSPIRE).

As of the latest notice, HUD plans to begin NSPIRE inspections of public housing units starting July 1, 2023, and implement NSPIRE for the HCV and Multifamily programs October 1, 2023. Although programmatic decisions for implementation purposes are still being made, our Housing Help Session will take a look at where inspection standards are now and where they're going, giving you a foundation for understanding NSPIRE once it's eventually finalized and released.

While the purpose of this webinar is not to provide a detailed discussion of the standards themselves, it gives your agency a unique opportunity to submit questions to industry experts.
