Collection: Fundamentals of Project-Based Voucher Management
This class is updated with the new 2023-24 HOTMA information. Any questions, please reach out to sales@nanmckay.com.
Purpose
The project-based voucher (PBV) program is an optional program that provides PHAs with a flexible tool to increase housing opportunities for low-income families. This course focuses on the concepts you need to master in order to successfully select and manage project-based voucher properties. NMA is offering a brand-new, fully revised class updated for the HOTMA Voucher Final Rule. We've also added more information on how to run your program day-to-day.
This class applies to standard PBV projects and does not discuss the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. If you are interested in RAD PBV training, please see NMA's RAD PBV Specialist course.
Learning Outcomes
NMA’s Fundamentals of Project-Based Voucher Management class has been fully updated for HOTMA sections 102 and 104, including how income, assets, and adjusted income are calculated, as well as how annual and interim recertifications are conducted, and more answers to your HOTMA questions.

"Thanks again! I really do appreciate the clarity and guidance Nan McKay has given me the last 15 years. I send all my staff to your trainings as well as myself. The PBV training was so worth it, I would just be lost otherwise."
