Purpose
This one-day webinar, Cross-Generational Communication: Bridging the Gap, focuses on enhancing team cohesion and navigating generational differences in the workplace. Participants will explore the impact of shifts in funding and HUD regulations on organizational communication. The course introduces the DiSC framework to help individuals understand and adapt their communication styles across different generations. Learning Outcomes
By the end of this one-day workshop, participants will be able to:
