HOTMA Phase I: This class is only for MTW PHAs and PHAs that are currently exclusively using FRS and are not subject to HUD’s January 1, 2027 compliance deadline for all provisions of sections 102 and 104 of HOTMA. Check here for classes updated for HOTMA.
